Cleaning Incubator

Bought a used still air styrofoam incubator. Possibly a Hova-Bator. Whats the best way to clean it? Looks like its been sitting in the guys garage.

if it's just dusty, a moist rag or something will work...

I'd use some bleach water and let it dry out in the sun for a few hours just in case there are some bacteria lurking around.
