Cleaning legs and feet

I just bought a 6 months Silver Laced Wyandotte. She looks great and seems healthy and is very sweet. Currently in quarantine. While she' s separated I want to give her a good once over and clean her legs etc. I've often wondered about this with my other birds. What can you use to clean them up that's gentle enough. Can you use something like baby wipes? What do people use before showing?

I use baby kitten/puppy shampoo, recently I have used ferret shampoo which works for them as well.

So theoretically I could just use a little of that to clean the legs if I don't want to do a whole bath, right?

Yes you could, I also use soap water to clean their legs if I don't want to give them a whole bath.
