I want to get my next batch of eggs going as soon as I can after hatching my first batch. Do I have to do the whole clean, let air dry 24hrs and then run for 24hrs before setting the next batch?

I have run multiple hatches through my incubators concurrently without a ‘full cleaning” without issue. So as long as you don’t have a catastrophe like an egg exploding or significant soiling, you should be fine with a “spot cleaning” and reset for next hatch.
