Cleaning quail.

I have English White Quail and I was wondering how to clean them I have a coop on the ground and they got a little muddy. I have fair with them and they need to be nice and white. Can I wash them with a wet rag or what.

Do they have a dust bath? I used playground sand a diatomaceous earth. They get dusty but happy

Ok I use saw dust on the ones in side.
