Cleaning question

Now that my chickens have moved into their perm. coop. I was wondering how to go about cleaning the outdoor kennel run? I have scraped and scrubbed the kennel house, and scraped down the actual run. I use the kennel generally for my hounds. I do not want them to get sick for the chickens. My chickens are all very healthy. How long should it remain vancant before allowing the dogs to use it again?

Have you considered spraying down with a bleach solution or Odo=ban, letting it sit awhile then hosing down to rinse? Couldn't hurt!
