I am the poultry leader (and learning as we go!!) we have 2 bantam old English silver duck wings, and we are getting them ready for our county fair where my boys will show them through 4-H. Problem: they scales on the ones feet are packed with dirt.....wth! I tried to use a brush and brush it out then I dosed it real good with water to soak in....hoping when I pull her out of her holding cage it will have softened..has anyone had this??? How should I clean it without hurting her?
