Went out to check on my flock this AM, letting them out to eat and free range, and found this from hens roosting last night. These look like small organs in the runny poo. Anyone know what this is and should I be concerned or treat??

What do they eat? And have they been showing any other signs of illness?

It looks like lash material, usually caused by salpingitis which is infection/inflammation of the oviduct. I will attach a link below with more information. Check your birds to see if any of them have a bloated abdomen, the bird in question may have unless it's very early in progression. It's very resistant to treatment, but usually enrofloxacin (Baytril) is recommended if you want to try. Catching it early is best for the best chance of recovery, but birds hide this very, very well and often it's not known they are ill with it until it's pretty advanced.

Layer feed, scratch grains, oyster shell, meal worms

And no other signs of illness.
You should get a pair of gloves and try cutting it open to better see what it is. Do you know if it came from one of the hens?
