Clear nasal discharge

I have two Rhode Island Reds and they are both females. One of them has this clear discharge coming from her nose. It's a little sticky, but she doesn't have any other symptoms. I was trying to look around on here but most of the other stories had cases where the chicken had yellow nasal disharge or wheezing and discharge. I just want to know if it is allergies or if there is something wrong with her. Besides her nose she is completely healthy. Thanks.
