Hiya! My name is Amanda, but I tend to go by the nickname Clicky (Weird nickname, I know. XD) I'm 17, and have only ever 'owned' a chicken that lived on my cousins property, I name him Lucky. He was a Rhode Island Red, and enjoyed taunting their dogs along with playing around with all the other chickens on the property.
When I get a place of my own, I plan to get some chickens of my own, but I'm not sure how well they would get along with a certain orange fluffernator and my plans to get a ferret or two, unless I get the latter at a younger age. So, chances are I would need to keep them outside, or socialize the heck outta the ferrets. XD;
I've looked at a few chicken breeds, and the ones I think I might like to raise in the future are Frizzles, Delawares, and Belgian d Uccle (I just love the feathers on Frizzles, the simple colors on Delawares, and the speckled variation of the Belgian).
Surprisingly, I found this website by looking for some advice on what I should do about my Beagle's black gums.
I enjoy taking care of pets of all kinds, tho' I've come to be known as a fish killer by accident, and I absolutely love to draw and animate. I've made a music video to some music I made by myself, and I did the little twirling animation I'm using for my avatar. I'm also working on making a comic series to see if I can help pay my way through college, where I will major in, YOU GUESSED IT, animation! XD I start my freshmen classes at the local community college in the fall. 83
I live with my Mom, my Dad, my brother, four Beagles, and two cats. The four dogs have about one brain cell between them, and the cats are fighting each other constantly. 'My' dog is named Tub-Tubs, if only because we call her that more then her actual name. The other three dogs are My dad's dog Dusty, my Mom's dog Katie, and my brothers dog Whitey. One cat, Angel, a tortie I think, is owned by the whole family. The orange terror is only mine, simply because no one else wanted. For SOME reason, they think the little fluffernator is a mean, horrible little thing. . . Even tho' she's so sweet and innocent to me. Maybe that's just one of those 'only a mother could love' traits, seeing as how she lived in my room for the first six weeks of my life. XD; Her name is Lucky, oddly enough, and she's not even a year old yet. <3
. . . And that's me in a nut-shell. o-o
