Clipping wings/discouraging flying?

I have a Muscovy hen who is 22 weeks old. She is flying around. I live on a farm so it doesn't bother me but lately she's been getting on top of the houses and I feel that I shouldn't clip her wings so if something gets after her she can get away. Is there a way to discourage her from getting on the roof of the 2 story houses?

Is she roosting up there? Is anyone else going up there with her? Does she have any other spots where she could roost?

Pardon the pun but she is a sitting duck for hawks, owls eagles.

I don't think she's roosting cause she's only up there for a few minutes and then she comes back down. She's the only one who does it. She has a pen not that she uses it. Her and our other duck sleep under our chicken pen. The ducks and chickens all stay in or around the same pen even though they have separate ones.
