Clogged vent, not pasty butt? Help!!!!

I have a day old chick with a round smooth blockage on its vent and it’s swollen on one side. Any advice?

Has the chick ever pooped that you know of? It is possible that it doesn’t have a vent opening.I would probe around with a moistened QTip.
