well, we just had a very scary experience here. our babies are being kept in a round metal tub in the bathtub. I was downstairs when my sister came down telling my the waterer tipped over and the brooder flooded. Two of my silkies got soaked!! i was one seriously afraid chicken mama. The babies were shaking and not making a lot of noise. we rapped them up and she held them while i went and got some more littler. I put them under the heat lamp and they are doing better now. i am so glad they are alright. we decided to go back to the glass bowl.
