Closed eye

I have a chicken that had her eye closed, unfortunately i dont know for how long now. I set her apart from others and will keep an eye on her but any suggestions would be greatly appreciate here are some photos of her eye. It looks like there is a white film over the eye.

It looks to me like the eye is infected. I would rinse and clean it as best I could then spray the eye with MicrocynAH, which is safe to use directly on eyes.
