Closed eye

I went into my run this morning to feed everyone. Everything was normal. But I noticed one of my girls wasn’t opening her eye, it does seem like it bothers her, but she’s going about her day normally. It’s not super swollen, looks more like something is in it, or she got pecked (there’s three older birds (one roo and two hens) that run the show, they’re pretty mean but they’re civil for the most part. Just the pecking order) I tried to open it, I didn’t want to keep hurting her cause I know she didn’t enjoy that. But I didn’t notice any blood. Any pus. Any sign of an infection. She just wouldn’t open it. My camera unfortunately doesn’t work on my phone otherwise I’d take a pic. Any idea of how to treat it? She doesn’t seem to be messing with it a lot, it really seems like there’s something maybe stuck. As someone who used to wear contacts all the time I know the pain she’s feeling and I just want to make it better for her! Any advice? Any former experience?

General care for the eye would be to gather her up, rinse/flush the eye with saline, remove any pus or debris, then apply an eye ointment like Terramycin in the eye.
