Was wondering if anyone had any Silkie/Cochin Mixed eggs available currently? I have decided to keep only my serama roo and 2 cochin/silkie girls. So i will need a couple more hens for him. My girls are Black & Blue but I would like to get a variety of colors out of the hatch. please let me know a price and how many eggs. thanks everyone. pictures would be nice too!

no frizzle mixes please...too many already!!

Thank you jimnjay, but i am looking for silkie crossed with plain 'ol straight feathered bantam cochins. i did look at your ad though...VERY tempting!! your birds are very pretty.

thanks chef, i was thinking about it. i think you would get mostly feather necks even with the showgirl daddy. i was hoping for more color though....i am dying for a red or buff colored hen like mine.

heres one of my girls, theyre SQ silkie & SQ cochin mix. i might have to ask the lady i got them from if she has more accident babies.

Chef

I have a Silkie hen raising chick right now, but I hope she'll start laying around the time my Cochin roo comes "of age." If I don't get a lav Silkie stud by then, I'm gonna let them run together to see if she's fertile. I'll need someone to test fertility, as I have no interest in the cross. Shall I keep you in mind?
