I have been relying upon Backyard Chickens for a very long time. Finally decided to post and to officially join. I have had birds (everything except quail) for about 20 years, from eggs to purchasing chicks online. I lived on the side of a mountain in Colorado for about 8 years, and that was a wild experience for sure! I moved to the state of South Carolina. I have had more birds die from dogs than I ever did from wild animals in Colorado, so I will probably move back there eventually. Thank you to everyone who has helped me along the way.
