Clot-looking veins in fertile egg on day 7

Here’s a chart of the temp (in blue) and humidity (green) the eggs went in around the 11th

Definitely no temp spikes, the humidity dropped low during the 3rd day, but I was told that wasn’t really an issue, temp was at lowest for long periods 98 degrees, but everything was pretty consistent
I'd try again but with fresh local eggs and not shipped eggs.

Temp looks steady. When you try again I'd lower the humidity down to 30 ish percent and not raise it until you see an external pip and then only to 50.
 
Would it make a difference if someone we knew and trusted picked them up rather than shipping? They’d still travel but be treated more carefully

Yes but I don't think i would spend any more money getting eggs from the same place these eggs came from if I were you.
 
Unfortunately I don’t have any better options, I might just get live chicks from them instead, that breeder is the only one who offers multiple colours

Do a search for what breed you are looking for on here, I bet you could find more people that have them and sell eggs.
 
I live in Australia, just finding bantams was very difficult, there are only maybe 4 breeders within reasonable distance
