Cloudy Days in the Coop - My Adventures with Chickens.

Hey, everyone! I hope you all are doing well!
I know...long time no see! So much has been going on here at the coop since I last posted, so let’s just dive right in! I’m going to be gradually posting to fill you all in.
First of all, as you all may know, Ponyo, my beloved, sweet, and funny little hen sadly passed away in March, to what I think was cancer. Ponyo was a delightful friend, and it brings tears to my eyes remembering all the fond memories we had. From her strutting through the house as she owned it, to scratching at the front door in hopes of getting some ramen, I will always remember her. My precious baby is laid to rest in her favorite spot in the yard. Rest in peace, Ponyo. You will never be forgotten, and you will always be cherished.

Now, I know I mentioned that I got chicks, and then I never elaborated about them after what happened with Ponyo...
Well, let’s just say those chicks are pullets/cockerels!
I have:
Vanellope, Speckled Sussex
Safaia, Sapphire Gem
Cupcake, Brahma
Cornflower, Barred Rock
Arrietty, Barnevelder
Luna, Welsummer
Samantha, Starlight Green Egger

What a beautiful Welsummer, she's a nice pullet too!
Here's my baby boy/girl. Mary if its a girl and maybe Masaki if it's a boy!
