Cloudy goopy eye from medication? Head plucked raw by drake.

Hi. Two things, her face/eyes and her leg.... I have included photos of how we found her and how she is doing right now.
So a couple days ago I found one of our lady duck’s foot had gotten very very stuck in a bush with twisted branches, and our drake decided to be a mega jerk and pluck her head to raw skin. She could see just fine that night after we rescued her and cleaned her up. We sprayed Vetericyn Plus for poultry on her head, we read it’s safe for the face and eyes but read in a review it can put a film over their eye. Her head and scabbed but her eyes are very very cloudy and “thick” looking. I have tried gently wiping her eye with a wet rag but it doesn’t seem to do much. It is actually just her eye lids shut and her eyes swollen? I don’t know if this is temporary from the medication we are spraying on her head, if her eyes are just swollen, if she’s now permanently blind?
she also hurt her leg from getting stuck in the bush and trying to run away from our drake (who we will now be eating, we don’t want his new aggression to harm our other hens). She can stand on her leg, but it’s to the side and it seems uncomfortable. I have included a photos that shows her foot to the side. She can move it but not completely. Could it just be sprained from being stuck in the bush in a bad position for hours? It’s definitely not broken, but we can’t spend hundreds of dollars going to the vet either.
Yeah, if was a very rough and emotional day when I found her after coming home from work. I want to give her a chance to heal but accept our responsibility to end her suffering if we have to. We’ve had ducks and chickens for less than two years, this is our first big injury situation.
She is drinking but not eating.

I'm afraid I don't know how to help but I wanted to stop in to send good wishes to your girl. It sounds like you're doing a good job in the face of a very stressful injury and good on you for permanently removing the offender! I'm sure someone will be along with some excellent advice soon but good luck.

I'm so sorry you and your duck had to go through all that. I think other than keeping the wound clean and the vetericyn on it, I would just keep her quiet and safe until she heals. Sounds like you are doing a great job with her. Watch for fly strike.

Sorry about your duck. I know only about chickens, but hopefully others will be on later to help. There also is the Duck Forum to post on. Do you have any saline eye wash or plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment that you can put into her eye? I would clean it first and then apply it to the eye. The leg sounds like it could be sprained, so look for swelling or green bruising. I would continue the Vetericyn and you can also apply the Neosporin to her wounds on her head. Keep her warm and in a quiet spot. I understand they need clean water to rinse their faces in, but I would wait until you hear from some of the duck experts.
