Patrolling the out skirts of the Prairie Warren, Belle heard a yelp somewhere off in the distance. She immediately left to investigate, silently stalking through the wood.

Vera hesitated, a look of disgust on her face. She met Vetch's eyes, glaring. She thumped once, quick and fast.

There was a sudden movement and at least five of the rabbits that had been flanking their journey to the burrows pounced onto Caspian. He yelped as he saw more gather around Vetch.

"Take them to the prison burrows, Fett, they'll make an excellent bargaining piece for our expansion plans." Fett nodded and jumped into the fray.

Laufen, shocked, stayed flattened to the ground. She was surprised when the fox stopped attacking. “We live-“ she hesitated, not wanted to tell him the location of her den. “Down the river aways.” She nodded east. “And feel free to eat any rats or mice that you find. Intruding rodents.” She hissed, obviously disliking them. “They invaded my first den.”

Mirabelle waited quietly to see what would happen. She didn't recognize the fox but the rabbits had many predetors and it got hard to tell them apart after awhile.

He turned to Laufen, "Surprised? You should know that it is best to use the least energy for the greatest effect. If I went for you now, I would have to fight." Reynard licked his chops, "Any idea of the best places to find them-"

Reynard stopped short- he smelled a third a third animal's presence in the wind. Crouching, he slunk back into the tall grass, and up into the nearest bush.

Droppings! This did not go to plan.. She thought. Think fast, think fast.. Quickly glancing at the rabbits surrounding her, she saw an aged buck missing his front paw, with a wicked scar running up his chest.
Digging her hind legs into the ground, she drove herself full force into the buck‘s front, then swiftly turned around and dealt a vicious kick under his jaw. She heard a snap, and the buck fell to the ground with a thud.
Hastily darting away from the throng, she glanced back toward Caspian and saw he was surrounded. She couldn’t possibly fight that many rabbits.
A slight movement at the corner of her eye brought her attention to Chief Veritas, Bingo.
Running full speed, she crashed into the Vera before the large doe could stop her.
