*Clovers and Cottontails* A Rabbit RP Part 2

(I’m taking it that’s permission for Vetch to kill a background character!)

Droppings! This did not go to plan.. She thought. Think fast, think fast.. Quickly glancing at the rabbits surrounding her, she saw an aged buck missing his front paw, with a wicked scar running up his chest.
Digging her hind legs into the ground, she drove herself full force into the buck‘s front, then swiftly turned around and dealt a vicious kick under his jaw. She heard a snap, and the buck fell to the ground with a thud.
Hastily darting away from the throng, she glanced back toward Caspian and saw he was surrounded. She couldn’t possibly fight that many rabbits.
A slight movement at the corner of her eye brought her attention to Chief Veritas, Bingo.
Running full speed, she crashed into the Vera before the large doe could stop her.

Caspian was shoved to the ground. He didn't fight since he didn't stand a chance against any bunny.

Quickly realizing he was no threat, Fett ordered two of his scouts to bring Caspian down to the prison burrows. He was hastily carried away. Fett immediately saw what Vetch was planning before Vera did. He tried to warn her, but the Vetch slammed into her. Fett bounded up to the two snarling doe's as Veritas threw Vetch off of her. Fett, breathing heavily, waited for a command.

Vera was uninjured but enraged. Her vision blurred and her adrenaline shot through the roof. "Get that doe!" She screamed. As one mob the remaining rabbits closed in around Vetch. Vera did her best regain control of limbs, everything was shaky from the burst of adrenaline and fury. She glanced at the broken buck a yard away from her- dead. She didn't care about the life. It was just one less soldier and that's what upset her.

Reynard stopped short- he smelled a third a third animal's presence in the wind. Crouching, he slunk back into the tall grass, and up into the nearest bush.*

*luna heard another rabbit approach them and looked over.*

Belle, realizing her cover was blown, slunk out of the leaves. "Hello." She said, cautiously.

Reynard glanced at Luna and replied, "Meat is essential to eat, otherwise I start to feel weak. Strawberries are good, but not a staple."
He turned to Laufen, "Surprised? You should know that it is best to use the least energy for the greatest effect. If I went for you now, I would have to fight." Reynard licked his chops, "Any idea of the best places to find them-"

Reynard stopped short- he smelled a third a third animal's presence in the wind. Crouching, he slunk back into the tall grass, and up into the nearest bush.

Even though Laufen would’ve tried to fight the fox, she knew taking on such a large predator was too risky. The second the fox turned his back, she hissed to Luna: “Follow me. Run.” She shot onto the rock in the middle of the river, and quickly leaped to the other side with a large push of her strong legs. She landed with a light thump on the other side, and turned to see if Luna was following her.

Chief Veritas impatiently hopped to Rissa's burrow. Her second in command needed to get the troops in order. She was ready for war. And the Prairie Warren would go first.

"What is it Vera?" Rises asked.

Her adrenaline was dropping, and she let the guards grab her without a fight. As they carried her away, she found Vera’s gaze, “This won’t be the last you see of me, Veritas!” She shouted, her voice was gravelly, Vera had left a scratch on her neck and she could feel the blood bubbling up her throat.

All she wanted now was to give Caspian a beating for not standing up for himself.

*twister growled as he chased after the doe.*

Laufen dashed away from the river, then suddenly veered towards it again. Assuming Luna was confused at why she was heading back, she ran towards the river a little ways down, and muddled in the water for a few feet. “To lose our scent.” She explained, the leaped back into the tall grass and ran towards the Thicket Burrows colony.
