Moon Mist stood up on her back legs and began sniffing the air aswell. "Bleg." She gagged. "You're right. Something is certainly dead." Moon Mist looked up to the sky, it was clear, not even a cloud. "Odd." She said. "Usually the vultures would have found something with this strong a stench by now."

"Yes, great point, Moon." Alethea began to tap her foot, calling the other rabbits over. Something wasn't right.

Noel awoke feeling light headed and awful. She needed to figure out what was wrong with her. She decided that she would go down to the stream and try eating again and then see how she would feel. She left the chiefs borrow and headed down to the stream.
