Thank you, everyone, for the kind comments. And, no, I don't really have plans. It was a 'build-as-you-go' project, which--as they say in the workshop--involved several "opportunities to re-evaluate" my original design.
The inside dimensions of the house are 45" x 33" by, as I recall, a little over 5 feet high. I took advantage of the height of the house to raise the shelf under the roost, and give them an unobstructed 'first floor'. There is an 22" clearance under that shelf, as well in the run as under the hen house floor.
Very nice - I love a coop coordinated to match the house. My DH vinyl-sided our coop to match our house. He didn't want "some Sanford and Son eyesore" in our yard!
