I've never heard of a hen changing ever color....

I have a few times. I don't know if anything was full fact, though. Like one of those cases just got their birds mixed up.

She's been laying brown for months now though...

I'd like to know what the old egg used to look like...

It was a regular blue egg. She was labeled as EE. But she's a mix of some sort.

Ok. So, naturally, if she changed color, she should of gone white, not brown. Unless the egg is a very light brown to tan, then MAYBE.

It's a brown-ish creme.

I mean, I've SEEN her lay blue, and now I've also seen her lay brown.

Yes. 2nd time she layed blue, there was 1 egg in the nesting box, she came off, another blue eggie. So she made that one too.
