Clinton said he would not raised tax on people making under 50,000 per year. raised gas tax!!!!!!

Obama said, He would not increased taxes on family making under 200,000 per years, same thing raised gas taxs, raised sin taxes, yes he has already broke that one.

Yes I see both side. I dont like all this Democrat, cant do any wrong, or Obama Robinhood sprend the weath.

Not of the Blue or Red Party, still all red,white and blue

Wasn't one of the reasons our dear Ronald Reagan made the biggest tax increase in our nation's history due to the fact that he increased our defense and National Security budget? I don't know about you all, but I would rather pay money in taxes that is going to ensure my safety, freedom and liberties as opposed to supporting foreign countries with such programs as the "Clunkers for Cash".

I am trying to reconcile myself to anyones opinion that obama could have reduced national debt when his policys have created more debt than the last 40 presidents combined. What needs to be done in this country is a little loyalty displayed to the people by all politicians in general, not just a constant wrangling for power so they can promote their own private agenda.

Ronald Reagan raised taxes when it was clear that the budget projections he used to justify the 1981 tax cut were wildly optimistic. In response, Reagan agreed to a sharp roll back of his tax cuts. Over all, the 1982 tax increase was the largest tax increase in history, substantially larger than the 1993 tax increase under Bill Clinton.
 
I don't care about R or D. I just want one of my lib friends to list THREE GOVT run programs that have been ran at or near budget and efficiently. If you want me to trust the "Obama" with more of my tax money because of all of his "new new deal" programs and Govt run health care just list three. Three is such a small number. How hard can it be?
 
And a side note on Reagan, He brought this country back from the pit of despair the weak Jimmy carter had let us slide into. Jimmy and "the OBAMA" remind me a lot of each other. They both have NO guts, they apologize to the rest of the world because we are such a good country to live in, they let tyrants get away with murder, thing the only way to deal with terror is to sit down and talk about it. Do you think for one minute that Carter could have dealt with the Reds?

Let's get to the truth of the matter, INCOME tax in 1988 was at it's lowest point 6.6%. What RR actually raised and needed to be was PAYROLL TAX for social security trust fund. Ya know the thing Billy Boy robbed to play smoke and mirrors with the deficit. Which is in deep trouble because of Billy and would have already been bankrupt if not for RR. Either you don't know or you are intentionally twisting facts for a party line agenda.
