I don't know why you wouldn't be able to give probiotics with Corid. If you were giving antibiotics at the same time, they would probably cancel out the probiotics, but Corid is not an antibiotic or sulfa drug, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks for your reply! I just finally got my vet's office on the phone and they confirmed that it shouldn't be a problem as well.
