Cocci?

Second time this week I have seen blood in 6 week old chickens. Just moved them to into old adult chickens coop (the adults are in new bigger coop) which was cleaned but maybe not spotless- so wondering if they caught cocci from them? They have never had any o virus signs but not sure what else it could be from.

No other signs of illness.

Gonna purchase corrid but wanted others thoughts?

It won't hurt to treat them for Coccidiosis.

Liquid Corid is 2tsp or Powdered Corid is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water give for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.

I agree with @Wyorp Rock . I'd treat them anyway. It is very possibly Coccidiosis, and it's in the soil, so it's hard to get rid of it all even if you are super thorough about cleaning.
