I wonna ask a question about coccidia vaccination on day old chick
with any vaccine ex. PARACOX 5
as you know newly hatched birds are not fully susceptible to coccidial infection because of
a) high maternal antibodies
b) inefficient excystation of sporozoites because of relatively lower total chymotrypsin activity and total bile salts in the intestinal tract which is responsible for destruction of oocyst capsule and release of sporozoite to start lifecycle

so, how can sporozoits released from sporulated oocyst at day old chick to stimulate immunity ?
