Help! I am having a coccidia outbreak with my flock! So far I’ve lost 3 2 month old chickens :( I’ve already added the corrid to their water sources but I have 2 questions:

1. Is there any egg withdrawl period?

2. Is it ok for my duck to drink the water since it’s in the same pen and free ranges with them? If not, what should I do?

There is no egg withdrawl for Corid. It is a thiamine blocker, which starves the coccidia, eggs are fine to use.
I don't have ducks but my understanding is that Corid is safe for ducks also, you can search for articles on whether amprolium (ingredient in Corid) is safe for ducks (all say yes that I can find).
Here is a chart with correct Corid dosing, just in case. use the severe outbreak dosing, make sure it is the only water available during treatment and make fresh daily:

I personally would not consume the eggs. Even if there is no posted withdrawal.
Also The water fowl is what is making your chickens sick.
I only house "birds of the same feather" together.
My Ducks are messy Marvin's.

Thanks for the information!! I will see how I can separate my duck. I read a lot before getting it and felt confident I could house them together but I see why it could make them sick. I’m so upset at myself. :( just hoping no one else dies. And that I can get my yard under control.

this good post

About 1.5 weeks ago I treated with Corid, I am noticing some bloody tissue in the droppings again. Should I start all over with the full dose or should I start the follow up dosing? I didn’t know about the follow up dosing when I did the treatment.

If you decide to retreat I would start over from the beginning and do the full treatment.
Sometimes it can just be normal intestinal lining that is seen. Normal shed is more peachy pink, blood will be very red. If you are seeing red, or a lot of shed, or any of your birds are showing signs of sickness or lethargy, then retreatment may be the best option.
Here are some droppings pictures that may help:
