Coccidiosis Help!

I had to do alot of reading to get caught up lol.
Adriana, are there any other symptoms you're seeing besides your pullet acting lethargic with eyes closed and shed intestinal lining, such as: Any head shaking, wheezing, gurgling, facial swelling, sneezing alot, nasal discharge, bubbles in eyes?

Hello! She sneezed like once and her eyes are watery her face is starting to get more swollen. this is what it looks like if she opens her eyes which doesn't happen very often anymore.

Sadly she doesn't look long for this world. You could try to warm her up and tube some fluids to her. Exactly how thin is she? look at this picture, feel her breastbone (keel) and pick a number. -Kathy
Do chickens get fevers? Because I picked her up last night to give her some fluids and she was so hot! I have been giving her fluids with antibiotics in them instead of Corid. And she just seems the same not any worse or any better. I'm at work right now but I'll let you know about her breast bone when I get home

She's on her way out. It would be best to cull her. I recommend that you bury her deep as far away as possible from your coop or incinerate her.

Okay bummer... So what should I do with the other one I got from the same place?

Help us learn, what are you looking at in the picture to know she is on her way out?

If I ever have to cull one of my birds, that will definitely be another call to Kathy.

I am so sorry you got a sick bird. It doesn't take long to get attached.

My pet chicken has small orders available. So does Cackle Hatchery. In This area, we use them often.
