Coccidiosis or intestinal lining?

My wife got 4 new silkies a couple weeks ago. They had been fine up until 3-4 days ago when we started noticing some bloody poops. They're 3.5 months old, and otherwise healthy and normal. (Eating, drinking, generally happy). The amount of these poops has increased over the past few days so we got some Corid but what do you guys think?

This one is a bit watery obviously but they're not all like this, lots of normal ones with a few of these (around 10 poops with this stuff in it through 4 chickens)
