Coccidiosis or something else? [photos]

Hen is back with flock and acting normal again. I am just bringing her inside for each day to feed her "special lunch" to get the weight back on her. Thanks to all who gave advice!

* Would you give Corid to hen again in 2 weeks as I have read elsewhere? Does Corid need to be given to the whole flock?
