I've been dealing with a 22 week old hen that's on and off being lethargic and not eating very much since July 28th. I Separated her from the flock gave electrolytes thinking maybe she was just dehydrated due to the heat. Ended up giving her some nutri-drentch, and offered her scrambled eggs and an Epsom salt bath.( No egg) She got better after 5 days and was good for about 2-3 now she's on day 2 of being lethargic and depressed again.

Symptoms:
1.Lethargic
2.Loss of appetite
3.Loss of weight
4.Standing in place or sitting ( but wants to be with the flock)
5.out of the crate she's slow and sometimes pretends to walk around and scratch and Peck but never eats anything
6. Off red colored Comb and wattles ( my now laying australops had the similar pale red before they laid though and this hen hasn't laid yet)
7. Today she has foamy droppings that is now yellow/orange ( previous droppings have been normal colors)

No visible symptoms of:
water belly
Impacted/sour crop
wounds or injuries
Being egg bound ( she hasn't started laying yet but we checked to be safe)
No exterior parasites
No blood or worms in poop

All of my research that matches with her symptoms I've landed on worms or coccidosis. Maybe it's even something else. I'm not sure. I'm a first-time chicken owner and need all the help I can get! What should I do? And how do I get a float test if its all diarrhea.....? Also IDK if we even have a vet around here that would do it. Everyone I called said only cats and dogs. please send me any advice or how I can help her get better since we don't have a poultry vet near by.
