COCCIDIOSIS which medicine

Im almost100 percent sure that my buff orpington has coccidiosis, this is her first day with symptoms, ill get the medicine tomorrow but i need to know what to do today. Should i isolate her? What could i possibly do to help her?

Medicine is Corid (amprolium) or sulmet. Amprolium is a thiamine blocker and sulmet is a folate blocker..They both inhibit the division of the cocci. I have used Corid with pretty good success. The sulmet is an antibiotic and also works against some other diseases.
