Coccidiosis? Worms? Something else?

I'm having difficulty diagnosing my hen.

She has very smelly yellow/green diarrhea, lethargic, hardly eats/drinks, looks depresed, lost a lot of weight, and is acting cold (even when it's not). Been going on for a little over a week. At first I was thinking Coccidiosis, but her diarrhea doesn't have blood in it and her comb, waddle and eyes all look normal.

No mites (that I can see) and feet look good. She is 3 years old, but stopped laying last year (I think because her two more dominate sisters would kick her out of laying box).

48 hours ago I started giving her Corid. She will only drink when I feed her with syringe. It doesn't seem to be helping. My other hens are taking Corid as preventative measure.

So sorry about your sweet girl!
My first inclination is always to do a couple of things: Do you have a fast acting vitamin to give her (Poultry Nutri Drench is my go to)? Will she eat something high protein like scrambled egg?
Secondly, to help us diagnose a little better, please post pics of her head (eyes), body with posture, and poop. Also, if you can load a video of her onto youtube then copy the link here, it will really help.

Here are a few pictures. She won't stand long enough to get a picture of her standing. She is too week. The scars on her comb are from her sister who pecked at her head.

She probably won't eat scrambled eggs. I just tried giving her warmed oats (which she loves, and she won't eat it). Is a vitamin ok to give her since I'm currently giving her Corid?

At this point, the small interaction between the vitamins and the corid are worth it. I have often given both simultaneously. She definitely has an infection (poop has the milky-greeny texture and color indicating this). Her hunched posture is an "I'm in pain" posture. When was the last time she laid an egg? Tell me something about her history in your flock. How old is she? Have you lost or had illness with any other birds?

She is 3 years old. She stopped laying 1 year ago. I think because she kept getting kicked out of the nesting box by her sisters who are dominate. Last year I wasn't concerned about her being egg bound because she was acting and looked fine. I have 3 birds total (they are my first flock). None of them have been lost to illnesses. 1.5 years ago, one of the other birds had an infection that wen't away with antibiotics. The vet wasn't able to diagnose the cause.

A vet would be best, but they aren't cheap, and sometimes they are hard to find.

If she were mine I would place her in a room or cage that's 80-85 degrees, then tube feed fluids. Her poop does look like a bacterial infection, but it also has excess urates, which is a sign of dehydration.

Do you have any antibiotics?

Should I still give her Corid? Should I give her electrolyte water instead of Corid? I doubt a vet would give me antibiotics without first examining her.

Do not give anything if she is hypothermic. Get her in a warm room or cage (80-85 degrees), get her warmed up, then give fluids. If she were mine I would give Pedialyte or Gatorade and Corid.
