Cochin Advice

Im just getting started in cochins. I have a black frizzle and a blue cochin hen. What color rooster should I go with? Any advice would be great Thanks!

Can't help with any advise but

a black blue or splash roo. will get you certain percentages of black blue or splash ( often abreviated BBS) chicks. make sure you get a smooth roo. breeding frizzle to frizzle can lead to problems with the feathers.

Thanks!! Im going to look at some tomorrow. I did know that about the frizzles Im thinking black and then getting some more hens. I tried to post pics but cant figure out how
