Looked through web url Cochins International - Cochin Varieties but was unable to really identify this chickens specifics.

I bought it from C-A-L Ranch and had a pasty butt, issue nursed through. They had it in with Silkies.

Very lovely bird, super small like the Silkies tho.

Unsure whether hen or roo. I've seen hens with the red wattles and comb so get super confused.

These are some pictures of it. Not sure how to upload images here, apologies. FB: Chickens

LOL. "He" crowed around 3am. I ran to the mini-coops thinking someone was hurt and there he was, giraffe neck stretched out "ah=irrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" ending with his face in the shavings (lol). Bless his little heart, he sounded so silly but for some reason felt the need to let 3 or 4 crows out in the middle of the morning. Of course I praised him like his crow was the best thing this side of the Mississippi. He fluffed out. Too funny! I also agree about the Partridge, my daughter found a picture of one that looks almost identical. This guy is t.i.n.y. and so adorable. Beautiful colors.
