She also just might be stressed from the new addition and not getting along. Do you have a cardboard box or extra dog cage that you could put her in for a night with food and sugar water? She should perk up after a few hours/over night if its just stress.

You can treat the birds with Corid for cocci just in case...it won't hurt them. In fact, Dr Peter at first state vet supply describes a preventative on and off corid treatment to help chicks/pullets develop immunity to cocci. Puffed up feathers and inactivity are classic symptoms of coccidiosis. Don't mess around with it, it can kill quickly if untreated, but is very treatable if caught in time.
