Hi there, in search of more roosters, I need one more Cochin Bantam rooster to complete my breeding program, I'd like him to be smaller as I have a lot of petite hens in frizzle, so smooth feather is a must, I am open to all colors.

I live in Buford GA, I need it to be local, I cannot afford shipping sadly.
He doesn't have to be of breeding age yet but needs to be for sure a rooster.
