It is getting lethargic. Often times a sign in animals before death. Are there any signs of sickness in the other chicks?

No no signs as such... and this chick is like runs to me when am giving them a small treat...

Am sure there must be some sort of infection that needs a med that's all the other eye is fine

In your original post you said it wasn't as active, so that is where I was getting the lethargic part. Since you said it is only one eye it could be an infection or something caught under the lid. I would try to open the lid and see.

Can you get a photo of the other, good, eye? If its just the one eye, and the chick doesn't have any other symptoms, poop good, no lethargy, eating and drinking well, then you can go to tractor supply and get some Terramycin eye gel and use that.

Dear Andreanar am out of home now will post picture later tonight thanks for the feed back...
Poop is good... eats well as in fights with others for the treats so guessing is doing well otherwise...the only other symptom would be when not eating or drinking it will just sit idle not play with rest...
