There is guy on internet from my country and crossed the cochin with another breed and got it smaller but he doesnt want to tell with what he croosed it just if i buy some of this cross from himSeramas don’t have the round looking body that Cochins do. I have a serama silkie cross and she has a serama tail. You may be able to do a cross then breed back to the Cochins. My serama silkie is also closer in size to the silkies.
I will try.I was thinking the same, the chabo chickens and the japanese I think are the same breedThe body shape usually takes after the mother more so I would recommend the Cochin be the mother. Japanese bantams might be a good idea!
