Cochin help for my mom! hen or roo??

my mom has 3 chickens that we picked up from a breeder all three were meant to be girls but i am 100% sure at least one is a roo!
What do you think?

this gorgeous lil fella is a roo in my opinion but I may be wrong!

They all look like boys to me, but, the defining answer comes from the question - How old are they?

they are all 20 weeks

The only one I'm pretty much convinced is a roo is the first one. I'm leaning toward POL pullet on the second one. The pics are way too blurry to tell anything on the third one.
