Cochin Hen With Injured Leg - What To Do ?

What color are her eyes? When you shine a light into both of them do they dilate and contract?

Hopping and wing drooping are both signs of neurological damage associated with Marek's. Pain is not associated with Marek's, it is literally just a paralysis of the leg and of the wing eventually. Again, eventually, the bird may lose function of both legs and possibly both wings.

Better yet, can you take a photo of your bird in it's normal position with close ups of the face/eye area?

her eyes dialate & contract when i shine light. she isnt in any pain. I dont know,
maybe she just hurt her leg? shes been eating and drinking but her crop is still
pretty empty. dont feel food in it, just a bit mushy but i can still feel her neck bone
thru the crop. She is moving her leg so its not paralyzed - & she has no issue flapping
her wings.

also, she is so dirty because of the fact that shes not really moving around correctly.
she drags herself a bit.

I'm sorry but I can't see her eyes from those photos. If they look somewhat gray, that's another symptom of Marek's.

Your bird is in the typical stance for a bird with Marek's as well. If she were in pain, that would also indicate a bird that had injured her leg rather than Marek's.

Here is a photo of a bird without the leg feathering. If you had the leg feathering gone, this is what she would look like (well, maybe not to this extent because your bird has shorter legs too...but you get the point!
