Cochin making a peeping/hiccupping sound

Bantam cochin constantly making a peeping/hiccupping sound, Just put poultry vitamins in their water.
It havering just at freezing here but was in the negative digits for almost two weeks, ending a week ago.
Any ideas? Should I separate her and bring her inside?

Could she be sneezing or making a snicking sound? I would bring her inside to get her warm, and watch her for any nasal or eye drainage, labored breathing or wheezing. Haveyou seen any other birds sneezing?

I guess it could be sneezing. Not sure what a chicken sneeze sounds like.
No discharge, she's in close quarters (huddled up at night) with 11 other cochins and she's the only one
