Cochin project - what color is this???

I have to admit I am stumped on this one. I hatched eggs from 2 pens - pen #1 is all mille fleur cochins and pen #2 contains the offspring from mille x lavender. My goal for pen #2 is to end up with porcelain... but the chances are roughly 1 in 256, so not great odds at all. This chick HAS to be from pen #2 and looks like a lavender, but obviously can't be (I think?? - am I wrong on this?). Did I strike the jackpot and possible hatched a porcelain chick on the first egg I hatched out of that pen??? That seems waaaay too good to be true... so what do I have here?

I really have no idea. I mainly hatch mottles and millies. I've never hatched one that color. You know as well as I do that they change so much as they mature. Your probably gonna have to wait and see. I'd like to see more pictures as it grows.

If you were breeding Mille split to Self blue it could be porclain or just Self blue.

Danny, thanks! For whatever reason my brain wasn't thinking through the genetics correctly. I think this chick is probably plain lav/self-blue. It gives me hope that I may actually hatch a porcelain eventually.
