Cochin. Pullet or roo?

These two buff Cochin are around three weeks. One had a reddish tinted comb and has these odd wing feathers that are 3-4 feathers thick and almost stick out from its body. Never had Cochin so was wondering if one might be a roo. Most photos are of the one in question unless I caught the other nearby for comb comparison.
