Is this a rooster? What color is it considered? Bought the eggs from a columbian/birchen pen. Its about 3 months old.

What color is this one? It is really small compared to the other chicks the same age. Its also about 3 months old. (sorry for the bad picture)

First one is a boy.He seems to be one copy Birchen.Second is Silver Penciled girl
