Yes, they do!
It's normal for cochins to develop slowely, but being so small at 7 months? That's weird. Are you sure they're not bantams?

You bet they do! :-) Cochins really do grow slowly! Your Cochins are very cute! My Ms. Frizzle actually looks smaller after losing a bunch on her juvenile feathers. She’s getting rounder too! :-) I also think Mumble is starting to look more like a standard Cochin even though she’s a mix 😍

Ah! Ms. Frizzle just melts me! 🥰🥰 And Mumble is a cutie! She kind of looks like @Little Baby Bean's Cochin.
