Cochins...... I think...

I got these from the pullet box of our feed store. I am pretty sure they are cochins, both because I have raised them before and becasue of the number of colors there are. They come from Privett Hatchery.

There are black, (and some grayish ones I thought were black, but now I am wondering...), buff, white, blue or splash, and partridge.

They have very feathered feet, much more then my Brahmas, but some colors seem to have more then others. They all have straight combs and dont seem to have any beards or muffs.

Just verify my hopes please.... these are cochins, right??

A black one

Black in the back, and grayish in the front. Maybe blue or silver?

Blue or splash, and some buffs to the right.

White

I might have some of their siblings! my tsc gets their chicks from privett too, and I have 2 black, 1 blue or splash, 2 white and a buff. but my white ones are completely yellow. I think your white one might really just be splash as well. but who knows

I tried going on their site to see what all they had, and there really wasn't anything to click on. maybe I will order their catalog just to know

Oh, I see, so the gray one is blue and the light one with the gray back is white? I looked at Welp and McMurrey and their chicks looked alot different from each other, so I wasnt sure.

Actually I probably wasnt clear in my first post... I am interested in what colors they are, but a basically want reassurance that they are cochins, not something else I don't want.

I LOVE my cochins so much, and they all died last year, so I am so excited to have more.

They look like cochin's to me.I got a couple my last run at TSC and a couple frizzles too Weeee.I am so happy with them.I got one white one that was left that look's the one you have.It was the only other feather leg's that I had seen between our 2 local stores this time except for the millie fleur's (I bought 8 but lost one of those).I had cochin's and frizzle's for 5 years till last year (long story on that).But finaly getting some of my breed's back this spring and some new one's this time.You got some nice looking chicks congrats.
