Well my neighbor was telling me about it. The parrots name is Bud the bird. He's 43 years old! It still amazes me how old they can live. He didn't hatch in captivity. Apparently some people brought him in from another country as their pet when he was three years old but then decided to move back to their old country. They didn't want to bring the bird with them this time so they sold him to my neighbor who at the time had a bunch of expensive cats. Somehow the bird became friends with the cats lol! I don't much else about him but now I know why he can be kind of unpredictable sometimes.

Water. Sounds stupid but I think it could be a really good article. How much water do they need? How big of a pool? Does pool and waterer need to be separate? How often do they need to be cleaned? Are they unhappy if they don't have a pool? How much does the water bill increase when you get ducks? etc... These are all genuine questions I have.
